This is the most wonderful human being. He looked at me when snot was running from my nose, eyes puffed so much I could hardly, and my face as red as fire and told me that he loved me and that I was incredible, and wherever I wanted to go, if I gave him just one year here he would go with me. He bought nasal strips when I complained about his snoring, picked me up on days I didn’t want to walk home in the dark, let me sleep when he was awake, and promised me himself when he couldn’t promise anything else. He is the most kind-hearted individual I have ever met. He’s witty and intelligent and he loves me like I never thought someone could. Before we fell asleep, I kissed his chest and apologized. He told me not to. I asked him to tell me when he’s unhappy with me. He kissed my forehead and said, “you are the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
